I have pretty much the entire collection of Good Food books at home, and this pea & pesto soup with fish finger croutons is one of my favourites!
So simple…all you need is fish fingers, vegetable stock, frozen peas, potatoes and green pesto, AND it only takes 20 minutes from start to finish 🙂
