I think the idea of having a Mantra, a saying or your favourite song lyric on a mirror is such a great idea for making you smile, or giving you some inspiration in the mornings.
This tutorial shows you how to revamp a plain old mirror and gives ideas on Mantras. It also tells you to write the message in dry-erase pen, which would be fab for a temporary message, but I think using etching cream would look even lovelier (and will be permanent) – go here for etching instructions.
