This is the second part of my mini video series all about how to knit  stripes (in flat knitting). This particular demonstration will show you  how to alternate between 2 different yarn colours.

This video tutorial is aimed at beginners and teaches the following:

- How to weave in yarn tails whilst you knit along, and

-  How to carry yarn up the side of your knitting, so you can more  efficiently alternate between 2 different yarn colours (without having  to cut yarns and weave in yarn tails).
